<description>10/26: The Penguins might have a decision to make soon regarding 18-year-old  Jordan Staal, according to the &lt;i&gt;Post-Gazette&lt;/i&gt;. If Staal plays beyond Saturday's game, the first year of his three-year entry level contract will kick in. If he plays beyond 40 games, he will be eligible for unrestricted free agency a year sooner than if he were sent to his junior team. The team has yet to tip their cap as to their plans for Staal, who has four goals in eight games this season.</description>
