Brian Scott big gainer in NNS points 06-23-2012
Brian Scott makes the biggest gain in the 2012 point standings after the Nationwide Series Sargento 200 at Road America. He started the No. 11 Toyota 6th in the lineup and finished 7th. He moved up 3 spots to 9th in the standings. This was the biggest gain of all drivers who have made all 14 races so far this season.
Piquet's team wins Road America race awards 06-23-2012
Nelson Piquet
Besides winning the race, Nelson Piquet Jr. and his team win multiple race awards in the Nationwide Series Sargento 200 at Road America. Piquet won the $3,400 Coors Light Pole award for his 109.516 mph qualifying lap in the No. 30 Chevrolet. He won $2,200 3M Lap Leader award for leading the most laps (19 of 50) and he also won the $2,000 Mobil 1 Driver of the Race award. Hendrick Engines won the $2,100 Mahle Clevite Engine Builder of the Race award. Piquet is a Camping World Truck Series regular (No. 30) and is ineligible for driver points in this series.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. makes the most improvement in the Nationwide Series after this weekend's race. His 11th place finish in the Sargento 200 was 14 places better than his last NNS finish. This earned the No. 6 Ford driver a $2,600 check and the Featherlite "Most Improved Driver" award. Stenhouse is currently 3rd in the 2012 Nationwide Series point standings.
