Our View: The veteran was serviceable last season in Denver, making 67 starts and averaging 5.5 assists. Chucky Atkins is still signed. Theoretically, a point guard on a team featuring Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony should be a factor in fantasy leagues. However, this does not appear to be the case. At this point, the starting point guard in Denver should only be drafted in very deep leagues.

| Michael Beasley, who is nursing a fractured sternum, has competed in full-contact scrimmaging the past two days and has been cleared to participate in the Heat summer league starting Monday, according to the Sun Sentinel. He said, "I'm going to play until my chest caves in. If I get hit, it's going to hurt. I ain't playing not to get hurt. I feel it in everything I do, but I ain't gonna be soft about it, I ain't gonna baby it. That's going to make it worse."
