Dwight Howard, C, Orlando MagicMonday 5/5, 9:49 PM CT
Dwight Howard lead the Magic with 22 points and 18 rebounds on Monday night, but it wasn't enough as the Pistons defeated the Pistons by the score of 100-93.

Our View: Howard didn't seem bothered by a left-thumb injury he suffered in the team's Game 1 loss. The Pistons took a 2-0 lead in the second-round series.
Tayshaun Prince, F, Detroit PistonsMonday 5/5, 9:46 PM CT
Tayshaun Prince scored 17 points, added 10 rebounds and five assists as the Pistons defeated Orlando 100-93 on Monday night.

Our View: Prince's Double-Double helped the Pistons take a 2-0 series lead in the conference semi-finals.
Rasheed Wallace, F, Detroit PistonsMonday 5/5, 9:44 PM CT
Rasheed Wallace scored 17 points in Detroit's Game 2 win over Orlando on Monday night. Wallace didn't help much on the boards pulling down three rebounds.

Our View: Wallace and the Pistons took a 2-0 lead in the conference semi's and looked the much better team for the second straight game.
Chauncey Billups, G, Denver NuggetsMonday 5/5, 9:41 PM CT
Chauncey Billups scored 28 points helping Detroit beat Orlando 100-93 on Monday night. The win gives the Pistons a 2-0 lead in the second-round series.

Our View: Billips added five rebounds and four assists in the win.
Dwight Howard, C, Orlando MagicMonday 5/5, 5:54 PM CT
Detroit took over Game 1 in the third quarter, when they finally realized that with Orlando's long range shooting coming up empty they could keep ratcheting up their physicality in the paint. Expect the Bad Boys to continue body up Dwight Howard , who finished with just 12 points and eight rebounds.

Our View: Howard had been having a slow night even before he left the game with a hand injury, an ailment that won't be ignored by the Detroit big men on Monday night.
Chauncey Billups, G, Denver NuggetsMonday 5/5, 1:23 PM CT
Chauncey Billups has been named the recipient of the J. Walter Kennedy Citizenship Award, according to the AP. The award honors an NBA player or coach for outstanding service and dedication to the community.

Our View: Billups earned the award for his charity work in Detroit and his hometown of Denver.
Steve Nash, G, Phoenix SunsMonday 5/5, 11:49 AM CT
The Suns have granted head coach Mike D'Antoni permission to talk with other teams, ESPN.com confirms. The Bulls and Knicks are thought to be interested.

Our View: D'Antoni reportedly has issues with Steve Kerr and owner Robert Sarver, but we still find it hard to believe the Suns would let him go so willingly. It's easy to envision this organization taking a step back if they need to install a new system.
Tim Duncan, F, San Antonio SpursMonday 5/5, 11:43 AM CT
The Spurs might put Tim Duncan on Hornets forward David West in Game 2. West poured in 30 points in the opener when he was mainly guarded by Kurt Thomas, Fabricio Oberto, and Robert Horry, the San Antonio Express-News notes.

Our View: The West-Duncan matchup is just as intriguing as the Chris Paul-Tony Parker battle. Duncan can't afford to get into foul trouble, but the Spurs also need to figure out how to slow down West.
