LaMarcus Aldridge, F, Portland TrailblazersTuesday 3/18, 11:56 PM CT
LaMarcus Aldridge continued his hot play on Tuesday, racking up 31 points on 15-of-27 shooting from the floor. He also pulled down eight boards, though he failed to tally a dime or block a shot. The sophomore pro now has scored at least 20 points in seven straight games and is shooting about 53 percent in nine March games. It's scary to think about what the Blazers' frontcourt will look like in the future when No. 1 pick Greg Oden joins Aldridge next season.
Ron Artest, F, Houston RocketsTuesday 3/18, 11:43 PM CT
Ron Artest laced 'em up and balled Tuesday night, despite nursing a sore knee and elbow. He played a game-high 42 minutes and scored 26 points on 10-of-20 shooting from the floor. After a sluggish first few months to the season, Artest has played great since the All-Star break, averaging 22.6 ppg, 2.6 spg and shooting 48.7 percent.
Tracy McGrady, G, Houston RocketsTuesday 3/18, 11:22 PM CT
Tracy McGrady was held to just eight points on 4-of-11 shooting Tuesday, as the Rockets saw their 22-game win streak come to an end at the hands of the Celtics. T-Mac saved some face in fantasy terms by dishing out eight assists and pulling down seven boards. It'll be interesting to see how the Rockets respond as a team now that the streak has been broken, but it's safe to assume that T-Mac will be back to his usual production, regardless.
Devin Harris, G, New Jersey NetsTuesday 3/18, 10:48 PM CT
Devin Harris left Tuesday's game late in the first half with a sprained right ankle. He finished the contest with just four points and three assists. Marcus Williams stepped in to run the point and ended up with 16 points, four threes and three assists. Williams will start at the one if Harris ends up missing any more action.
Yi Jianlian, F, New Jersey NetsTuesday 3/18, 10:37 PM CT
Yi Jianlian was back on the hardwood Tuesday for the first time since March 2, though you'd hardly know it from his stat line. Yi, who had been sidelined with an injured right wrist, was held scoreless and snagged only two boards in 13 minutes of work.
Shawn Marion, F, Miami HeatTuesday 3/18, 10:33 PM CT
Shawn Marion was back in action for the Heat on Tuesday after a two-game absence due to a sore back. He played just 28 minutes and was held to eight points, though he did manage to grab 12 boards. Let's hope he can step things up in his next game.
Andrew Bogut, C, Milwaukee BucksTuesday 3/18, 10:28 PM CT
Andrew Bogut skipped his second straight game Tuesday due to a bruised left thigh. Tests revealed no damage beyond lingering swelling, according to the AP. Fortunately, the Bucks play just two games this week, so he should be rested and ready to ball when they resume play on Saturday.
Jason Williams, G, Los Angeles ClippersTuesday 3/18, 10:24 PM CT
Jason Williams broke off 21 points, 10 assists and five triples against the Bucks on Tuesday. With Dwyane Wade out of the picture, J-Will's been a quality source of threes and dimes lately, but only if you can stomach his brutally bad field-goal percentage. He was just 5-of-15 from the field tonight.
Kobe Bryant, G, Los Angeles LakersTuesday 3/18, 10:17 PM CT
Kobe Bryant appeared to tweak his right groin late in Tuesday's run with the Mavs. He proceeded to tank a free throw, make the next one, then toss up an airball on his next shot. Kobe completed the game, finishing with 29 points, seven dimes, three swipes and two treys, but he appeared to be favoring his right leg at times. Hopefully, he'll be ready to face the Jazz on Thursday, but we'll have updates on his status as they come in.
Jason Maxiell, F, Detroit PistonsTuesday 3/18, 9:29 PM CT
Jason Maxiell matched his season high by scoring 18 points against the Nugs on Tuesday. He hit eight of his 11 field-goal attempts, grabbed seven boards and handed out three assists. His minutes fluctuate from game to game, which severely limits his reliability as a fantasy option, but once the Pistons lock up their postseason position, he should be in line for a boost in minutes and production. Keep an eye on him if you need boards and blocks.
Tayshaun Prince, F, Detroit PistonsTuesday 3/18, 9:18 PM CT
Tayshaun Prince continued his quality March play on Tuesday, dishing out nine dimes and hitting five of his nine shots to finish with 13 points. Prince entered the game averaging 18.1 points, 4.9 assists and 48.7 FG% in eight games this month. The Pistons had 42 assists as they ran up 136 points to beat the Nugs by 16.
Spencer Hawes, C, Sacramento KingsTuesday 3/18, 8:08 PM CT
Spencer Hawes will not be able to play through his sprained foot Tuesday night, according to the Sacramento Bee. Keep the rookie benched for now, but keep an eye on him as the season winds down, because a healthy Hawes should see plenty of minutes down the stretch.
Beno Udrih, G, Sacramento KingsTuesday 3/18, 8:05 PM CT
Beno Udrih will miss Tuesday's game after straining his back during Sunday's contest, according to the Sacramento Bee. It's not clear yet when the Kings' leader in assists will be ready to hit the hardwood again.
John Salmons, G, Sacramento KingsTuesday 3/18, 7:59 PM CT
John Salmons will miss Tuesday's game due to a sprained ankle, according to the Sacramento Bee. He's expected to undergo an X-ray to make sure there isn't more damage than initially believed. Salmons showed some life recently, scoring in double-digits in five of the Kings past seven games, but this injury could keep him out a while.
Udonis Haslem, F, Miami HeatTuesday 3/18, 7:51 PM CT
An MRI revealed that Udonis Haslem has a bone spur in his sprained left ankle, and he is considering undergoing surgery to fix the problem, according to the AP. "He still really is experiencing a lot of pain,” Heat coach Pat Riley said. "There’s an outside chance that he may have to have surgery, arthroscopic surgery to remove a spur. That’s where the discomfort is coming from." With just a month remaining in the season, surgery likely would end his campaign.
Austin Croshere, F, Milwaukee BucksTuesday 3/18, 1:20 PM CT
Austin Croshere (sore right groin) remains sidelined, and will not make the teams two-game road-trip with the team, according to Contra Costa Times. The Warriors two game road stand begins tonight in Sacramento and end in Los Angeles against the Clippers on Wednesday.
Chris Webber, F, Tuesday 3/18, 1:05 PM CT
Coach Don Nelson told the Contra Costa Times that center Chris Webber is feeling pain when he tries to do weight work as part of the rehabilitation for his left knee, which was strained Feb. 29, and is not doing any on-court work at the moment. Webber's chances of playing tonight against his former team are slim-to-none.
Baron Davis, G, Los Angeles ClippersTuesday 3/18, 1:02 PM CT
Warriors head coach Don Nelson said an MRI turned up no structural damage on guard Baron Davis' right pinkie finger, this according to the Contra Costa Times. The All Star guard's finger was jammed early in the Warriors' win Saturday against Memphis. Davis practiced Monday with his fingers taped together and will play tonight vs the Kings.
Pau Gasol, F, Los Angeles LakersTuesday 3/18, 12:55 PM CT
Pau Gasol took part in the team shoot around on Monday, but has been ruled out for the Tuesday and Thursday games, according to the Los Angeles Daily News. The Lakers lack an inside presence without Bynum and Gasol -- and will again depend on 40-point performances from Kobe to win.
Trevor Ariza, F, Los Angeles LakersTuesday 3/18, 12:53 PM CT
According to the Los Angeles Daily News, a recent MRI on Trevor Ariza's broken right foot was positive. But the report also noted that head coach Phil Jackson doesn't believe Ariza will be back on the active roster before the end of the regular season. It's safe to dump Ariza's 5.5 points and 3.1 assists per game.
Daniel Gibson, G, Cleveland CavaliersTuesday 3/18, 12:49 PM CT
Daniel Gibson recently told the Akron Beacon-Journal that the sprained ankle that has kept him out of action since mid-February is not his only ailment. Gibson is also nursing a deep bone bruise on his lower left leg. The Cavs guard will remain out for at least two more weeks leaving him with little fantasy value at this point of the season.
Gilbert Arenas, G, Washington WizardsTuesday 3/18, 12:46 PM CT
Ivan Carter of the Washington Post suggested on Tuesday that Gilbert Arenas's future will hinge on a few factors, the most important being not his injury status, but what the team believes it will take to resign the All Star. Carter also notes that Arenas' playing status could be as soon as next week, and as long as not at all this year. Fantasy owners waiting on Arenas to return shouldn't get their hopes up.
Spencer Hawes, C, Sacramento KingsTuesday 3/18, 9:36 AM CT
Spencer Hawes (foot sprain) is questionable for Tuesday's game against Golden State, this according to the Sacramento Bee. The short-handed Kings will be forced to give Brad Miller more minutes tonight if Hawes can't dress.
Carlos Boozer, F, Utah JazzTuesday 3/18, 7:33 AM CT
Carlos Boozer was able to contribute a double-double on Monday night (13 points and 10 rebounds) but left the game with just over six minutes remaining with an abdominal or side injury. His status for Thursday's game remains unknown.
Juan Carlos Navarro, G, Tuesday 3/18, 7:28 AM CT
Juan Carlos Navarro's scoring role continued on Monday night. The guard scored 21 points in 34 minutes versus the Bobcats. Navarro got the start at shooting guard for the Grizzlies, as Kyle Lowry headed back to the bench.
Ryan Gomes, F, Minnesota TimberwolvesTuesday 3/18, 7:24 AM CT
Ryan Gomes produced another strong outing on Monday versus the Clippers, scoring 19 points, pulling down five boards and recording two assists in 37 minutes of play. Gomes' Monday effort gives him at least 16 points in seven of nine March games. He remains one of the more underrated and sleeper worthy forwards -- as fantasy formats approach playoff mode.
Hakim Warrick, F, Memphis GrizzliesTuesday 3/18, 7:21 AM CT
Hakim Warrick has started at center in place of the ailing Darko Milicic (foot) the last two games. Warrick has averaged 21 points and 6.5 boards during that span. If Warrick gains center eligibility in fantasy leagues, he may become a solid contributor at that spot. He has averaged over 15 points and seven boards per game since the start of February, and those numbers are starter worthy in most fantasy formats.

Our View:
Ray Allen, G, Boston CelticsTuesday 3/18, 7:15 AM CT
Ray Allen missed his second straight game Monday night because of a sore heel. Head coach Doc Rivers told the Celtics' television network that Allen will miss Tuesday's game versus the Rockets as well. Tony Allen and newly acquired Sam Cassell split time in Allen's place. If Cassell can return to form and be productive in Allen's absence look for Rivers to ease his shooting guard back into the rotation.
