The Rangers claimed Ezequiel Astacio off waivers from the Astros on Monday, according to the AP. He posted a 2.25 ERA in seven appearances this spring. Once considered one of Houston's top prospects, Astacio is now 27 years old, and his ceiling isn't what it once was.
