Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 1/31, 10:24 AM CT
The Brewers and outfielder Corey Hart appear headed for an arbitration showdown, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Our View: Considering that the two sides are less than $700,000 apart, this seems absurd. After Hart's highly disappointing 2009 season, the Brews must be confident an arbiter will side with them. Stay tuned.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersFriday 1/29, 4:33 PM CT
According to Adam McCalvy on Twitter, the Brewers and free agent outfielder Corey Hart are likely headed to arbitration.

Our View: The "soft deadline" was set for the end of business today, so arbitration seems unavoidable at this point. The Brewers offered $4.15 million and Hart requested $4.8 million, and while it seems silly that they would squabble over a few hundred grand, it appears that's what is going to happen. Last season Hart hit .260 with 12 homers, 48 RBI and 11 steals. By those numbers it seems like he should take the $4.15.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 12/8, 6:16 PM CT
According to Jeff Fletcher on Twitter, the Brewers are officially shopping outfielder Corey Hart.

Our View: Milwaukee has apparently entertained multiple offers already for Hart, so a move may be imminent. The Brewers are desperate for pitching help and are willing to part with Hart's bat to get it. Unfortunately he's coming off a down year where he hit just 260/.335/.418 with 12 home runs, and the Brew Crew certainly won't get a king's ransom for him.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 10/5, 6:24 PM CT
Corey Hart visited Dallas hand specialist Don Sheridan, who determined that the slugger is dealing with two badly sprained fingers on his right hand, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Our View: It was previously believed that Hart's injured fingers may have been fractured. His hand will remain concealed in a splint for now to expedite the healing process.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 10/1, 12:31 PM CT
Corey Hart is not with the team after suffering possible finger fractures, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. The team has not released how Hart sustained the injury at this time.

Our View: This sounds a bit fishy, but we will update his status when it is released. It doesn't look like he will be playing much for the rest of the season, so mercifully his 2009 disaster of a season looks to be about over.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 9/15, 11:07 PM CT
Corey Hart was just 1-for-5 on Tuesday, but managed to drive in three runs in the Brewers 13-7 loss to the Cubs.

Our View: Hart has had a disappointing season overall and has been even worse since rejoining the Brewers on September 8th. He has just two hits in 18 at-bats since his return.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 9/8, 2:41 PM CT
Corey Hart has been activated off the DL by the Milwaukee Brewers, according to TheScore.com. Hart has been out since the beginning of August with appendicitis.

Our View: Hart fared well in his minor league rehab assignment, and he should see regular playing time for the rest of the season. He has been a disappointment this season, but he may be able to provide some fantasy numbers for owners down the stretch.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersWednesday 9/2, 6:34 PM CT
According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Corey Hart is ready to embark on a rehab assignment Thursday.

Our View: Hart has been dealing with a case of appendicitis. He's healthy now, but is still not in game shape. He says he feels good and a few rehab game should right the ship. The outfielder is expected to rejoin the team on Tuesday.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSaturday 8/29, 5:02 PM CT
Corey Hart (appendectomy) hopes to being a minor league rehab assignment by the end of next week, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's Tom Haudricourt.

Our View: Hart was one of the biggest disappointments in baseball before going down earlier this month, batting just .264 with 11 home runs in 98 games a year after being named an All-Star.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 8/3, 4:14 PM CT
As expected, Corey Hart has been placed on the 15-day DL due to appendicitis, according to TSN. Bill Hall was recalled from the minors to fill his spot on the roster.

Our View: Hart is expected to be on the shelf for the remainder of August while recovering from surgery. Frank Catalanotto will see more action while helping replace Hart in the outfield.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 8/2, 7:25 PM CT
Updating a previous report, Corey Hart had surgery to remove his appendix on Sunday and will be placed on the disabled list, according to Adam McCalvy's Twitter account.

Our View: The Brewers plan to bring Bill Hall back to the majors, but it appears Frank Catalanotto will get the majority of the starts in Hart's absence. He figures to miss about a month.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 8/2, 6:08 PM CT
According to Adam McCalvy's Twitter account, Brewers' outfielder Corey Hart has been hospitalized with what the team thinks is appendicitis.

Our View: If he does indeed have appendicitis he would likely miss the rest of the month at the least. The Brewers plan to discuss his status after the game. Jody Gerut and Frank Catalanotto will fill in while Hart is out.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 7/26, 5:19 PM CT
Corey Hart's first home run since June 17 drove in the Brewers only two runs on Sunday, as Milwaukee lost 10-2 to Atlanta at home.

Our View: Hart is in the middle of a miserable July. He has just one home run and has managed to drive in just four runs. His pedigree suggests you should keep him, but if you are in a non-keeper, 10-12 team mixed league, you can't afford to hold onto him any longer.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSaturday 7/18, 11:20 PM CT
Corey Hart went 2-for-4 with two singles and an RBI in tonight's 5-1 win at Cincinnati.

Our View: Hart has a hit in four straight games, with three RBI over the span. He is now hitting .400 over 45 at-bats in July.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSaturday 7/11, 8:04 PM CT
Corey Hart remains out of the Brewers' lineup while dealing with a bruised left foot, according to MLBblogs.com.

Our View: He missed his fourth straight start Saturday. Hart feels better while running, but still has discomfort while changing directions. Skipper Ken Macha is hopeful that Hart could return to action Sunday.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersFriday 7/10, 5:38 PM CT
Corey Hart remains out of the Brewers' lineup for tonight's game against the Dodgers while nursing a bruised foot, according to MLBblogs.com.

Our View: There was belief Hart would be ready to return, but he will remain out for the third straight game. Frank Catalanotto will roam in right field in his place.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 7/9, 2:36 PM CT
MLB.com is reporting that Brewers' outfielder Corey Hart is scheduled to return to the lineup Friday after missing the last two games with a bruised foot. Hart injured the foot when he fouled a ball off of it on Tuesday.

Our View: Hart's injury is minor, and it was more precautionary that he sat out today. Expect him to be fine tomorrow, so owners should feel free to get him back in the lineup.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 7/9, 9:17 AM CT
Corey Hart missed Wednesday's game with a bruised foot, according to MLB.com. Hart fouled a ball off of his foot on Tuesday, and he may be out for Thursday's game as well.

Our View: Hart still has some discomfort in his foot, and it looks like he may be out of the lineup again today. We will keep you updated on his status, but plan on playing today without him.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersWednesday 6/24, 10:16 AM CT
The Brewers are still open to the idea of trading All-Star outfielder Corey Hart, with the Braves being a possible destination because of their pitching depth, according to FoxSports.com's Ken Rosenthal.

Our View: Rosenthal says part of the stumbling block to trading Hart, though, is the Brewers lack of a suitable replacement for him. The Braves would also have to flip or bench Jeff Francoeur before any possible Hart deal. Hart's numbers are down from 2008, making any potential deal a little more complicated.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 6/21, 11:41 AM CT
According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Corey Hart is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

Our View: Hart is fine and actually has a ten-game hitting streak, but Manager Ken Macha wants Frank Catalanotto to get some playing time to stay sharp when the Brewers return to National League play this week. Expect Hart to be back in the lineup next game.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 6/14, 7:40 PM CT
Corey Hart continued his hot streak on Sunday in the Brewers' 5-4 loss to the White Sox. Hart went 2-for-3 with two home runs, two runs scored, and two RBI.

Our View: Hart is starting to get hot, and fantasy owners who have hung on to him should get him back in the lineup now while he is hitting. When Hart is hot, he can do a lot for a fantasy team, but he still has trouble with strikeouts.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersFriday 6/12, 10:47 PM CT
Corey Hart led the Brewers in Friday's 7-2 win over the White Sox at Miller Park, as he went 2-for-4 with three RBI. He hit a double and a triple.

Our View: Hart has a three-game hitting streak with four RBI over the span. He strikes out a lot, but should remain in fantasy lineups while he is hot.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 6/11, 11:35 AM CT
Corey Hart is not in the Brewers starting lineup today as manager Ken Macha is giving him and other slumping players the day off according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Our View: The 2008 All-Star is in a season long funk, batting just .239 with six home runs. He should get it going at some point, but is not a great candidate to have in your starting lineup every day right now.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 6/2, 4:13 PM CT
Corey Hart is not in the Brewers starting lineup tonight according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. He will be replaced by Frank Catalonotto.

Our View: It appears to be in an effort from manager Ken Macha to get as many lefties as possible in the lineup against Marlins pitcher Anibal Sanchez.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 6/2, 1:02 PM CT
Updating a previous item, Foxsports.com's Ken Rosenthal reports that the Brewers Corey Hart is not on the trading block nor are the Brewers entertaining offers for him.

Our View: This makes sense considering the Brewers have no adequate replacement for Hart and the fact that Mike Cameron's knee problems have resurfaced. The Brewers could certainly use pitching help, but it appears that if they are to make a trade they will once again be trading prospects, and not regulars like Hart or Prince Fielder, for an established pitcher.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 6/2, 10:30 AM CT
In addition to the Giants and Red Sox, the Tigers are now also believed to be scouting Corey Hart according to the Boston Globe.

Our View: Because of the Giants surplus of young pitching, San Francisco still seems like the most likely destination should Hart be dealt, but the Tigers do have a bevy of young arms as well. It is unlikely they would be willing to do deal a premium young pitcher like Rick Porcello, though.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 5/31, 8:07 AM CT
The Boston Globe is reporting that the Red Sox and Giants have both scouted Brewers' outfielder Corey Hart. The Brewers would be interested in dealing Hart if they could get starting pitching in return.

Our View: The Giants seem like a good fit for a deal here, since they have some pitching they would be willing to part with, mainly Matt Cain. The Red Sox could use Hart, but it is unlikely they would trade a top pitching prospect such as Clay Buchholz.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersWednesday 5/27, 11:36 AM CT
Corey Hart is not in today's lineup, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Our View: Hart is not nursing an injury and skipper Ken Macha just wants to give him a mental day off. He is only hitting .176 over his last 17 games. Frank Catalanotto will roam in right field in his place.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 5/21, 10:49 PM CT
Corey Hart was 3-for-5 with an RBI in the Brewers' 4-3 win over the Astros on Thursday night.

Our View: Hart raised his average to just .252 on the season and has been struggling mightily as of late. He has only one home run since April 14th and is not looking like the fantasy dynamo that many thought he would be after a very strong spring. Play him at your own risk until he legitimately heats up.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 5/19, 4:23 PM CT
According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Corey Hart will hit leadoff of the Brewers in Tuesday's game.

Our View: Hart has hit in the leadoff spot before, so he knows what to do. With Rickie Weeks out for the season the first slot in the lineup will likely be a revolving door, but Hart gets the first crack at it. The good news is he may steal more. That bad news is that his RBI production will likely drop.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSaturday 5/16, 3:08 PM CT
Corey Hart accounted for the only run of the game with one swing of the bat on Saturday. His solo home run in the second inning held up and the Brewers topped the Cardinals 1-0. It was his only hit in four trips.

Our View: Hart has struggled to start the season and is hitting just .263 with four homers and 15 RBI. He should have much more impressive numbers hitting in a prime RBI spot (6th) in a potent Brewers' lineup.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 5/5, 10:57 PM CT
Corey Hart was 2-for-4 with an RBI, a stolen base and three runs scored in the Brewers 8-5 win over the Pirates on Tuesday.

Our View: Hart has struggled to put up the five-tool fantasy numbers that owners were hoping to get out of him, especially after a hot spring. He has just three homers, 10 RBI and three steals. He's also been caught stealing three times and already has 30 whiffs on the season.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 4/26, 11:17 AM CT
Outfielder Corey Hart will be on the bench for Sunday's game against the Astros. Brad Nelson will get his first career major league start, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel notes.

Our View: Hart isn't injured. In fact, he has four multi-hit efforts over his last six games. We're not too pleased to see him sitting, but he has yet to miss a game this year.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 4/13, 11:07 PM CT
Corey Hart hit a home run and a triple as the Brewers fell to the Reds 7-6 on Monday. He accounted for three RBI in the game.

Our View: Hart has homered in three of his last four games and has a hit in all but one game this season. His strikeouts are still a bit of a concern but as long as he is slugging like this, they are well worth it.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 4/12, 10:55 PM CT
Corey Hart hit his second home run of the season in Sunday's 8-5 loss to the Cubs. The solo shot was his only hit in four plate appearances as he also struck out twice.

Our View: Hart has struck out eight times in 22 at bats this season, pointing to the fact that last year's second half struggles may not be behind him. He continues to struggle against the slider and if he does not figure out that pitch soon, it could be a long summer for his fantasy owners who are hoping for another 20/20 season.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersFriday 4/10, 6:39 PM CT
Corey Hart had one hit in Friday's come from behind win over the Cubs, but he made it count. He clubbed his first home run of the season and also walked twice in the game.

Our View: Hart had an incredible spring training, and is trying to right the ship after a down year in 2008. This is a good start. After back-to-back 20/20 seasons, there could still be room for some improvement if he ever learns how to control the strike zone better.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersWednesday 4/1, 6:28 PM CT
Corey Hart was 2-for-3 with a double, a home run and two RBI on Wednesday.

Our View: Corey Hart has been a beast this spring. He's hitting .379 with nine doubles, seven home runs and 17 RBI. Looks like he's trying to make nice with fantasy owners after last season's disappointing campaign.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 3/19, 7:08 PM CT
Corey Hart was 1-for-2 with a walk, a home run, two RBI, and two runs scored as the Brewers beat the Indians 7-5 on Thursday.

Our View: Hart has hit five home runs and six doubles in 40 at-bats this spring. He is a streaky hitter who took a step back last season, but his potential fantasy numbers could make him a Top 20 outfielder.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 3/17, 8:30 PM CT
Corey Hart was 2-for-3 Tuesday with a pair of doubles and two RBI. He's hitting an eye-popping .447 this spring.

Our View: A nice option for power and steals, but Hart's second half drop-off and increasing strikeout rate are concerning. He looks great this spring though, and could fall a bit on draft day due to last year's "disappointing" season. Get him on the cheap if you're going to get him.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 3/16, 5:55 PM CT
Corey Hart hammered out his fourth home run of the spring as Milwaukee beat the Cubs 9-6 on Monday. He finished the game 3-for-4 with an RBI and two runs scored, while also collecting his fourth double of the spring and yet another strikeout.

Our View: Hart has been slugging with the best of them this spring, but he has the strikeouts to show for it. After an outstanding start in 2008, he fell off in the second half of the season. He should be a solid fantasy contributor, but strikeouts are a growing concern.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 3/12, 9:43 PM CT
Corey Hart continued his demolition of opposing pitchers over the past two weeks, belting his third home run this spring against San Diego on Thursday.

Our View: Hart did strike out in his other two plate appearances and now how seven strikeouts compared to just one walk in spring, though that hasn't stopped him from hitting .440 (11-for-25) with seven RBI, five runs and three stolen bases. Hart has gone 20-20 each of the past two seasons, and 25-25 would not be out of the question this year.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 3/2, 5:35 PM CT
Corey Hart went 3-for-3 in Monday's 4-3 loss to the Padres. He had a home run, double, two RBI, and a run scored.

Our View: Hart is off to a nice start this spring. He was excellent in the first part of last season and even named an all-star. However, he collapsed in the the second half thanks to a steady diet of sliders. If he can adjust to that pitch, he should be able to retain some pretty good calue.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersWednesday 2/25, 6:17 PM CT
Corey Hart was 2-for-2 with a solo home run, a walk, and a stolen base as the Brewers tied the A's 3-3 on Wednesday.

Our View: Hart was a mess by the end of last season, when it seemed that he could not lay off of the slider. He will need a better approach this season if he hopes to retain his value.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 2/17, 6:03 PM CT
Corey Hart signed a one-year, $3.25 million dollar deal with the Brewers, avoiding arbitration, according to MLB.com.

Our View: Hart had a great year for the Brewers, hitting 20 home runs and driving in 91 RBI. If Hart can continue to drive the ball and increase his average, he will further increase his appeal to fantasy owners in multiple formats.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 2/3, 2:22 PM CT
MLB.com reports that outfielder Corey Hart is Milwaukee's only player now eligible for arbitration, thanks to second baseman Rickie Weeks' one-year deal that was signed Tuesday.

Our View: Hart, whose arbitration hearing is scheduled for the next few weeks, is seeking $3.8 million, $1.1 million more than what the Brewers offered when the two sides swapped figures on Jan. 20.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSaturday 1/31, 9:16 AM CT
Corey Hart and the Milwaukee Brewers have not made progress in their contract negotiations, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Our View: Hart's arbitration hearing isn't for more than two weeks, so the club has time to work things out. Hart has asked for $3.8 million, and Milwaukee has countered with $2.7 million for arbitration.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 1/26, 9:09 AM CT
Corey Hart is hoping to avoid an arbitration hearing, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Hart and the Brewers are believed to be $1.1 million apart on his 2009 salary.

Our View: The slugger turned down a long-term extension with the club last year, but remains open to the idea. Hart has crushed 44 homers with Milwaukee over his last two campaigns, but his low OBP leaves a bit to be desired.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 12/8, 11:35 PM CT
Brewers GM Doug Melvin said the team does not have any plans to trade Corey Hart, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Our View: It had been rumored that the Braves were in on Hart, and in fact Melvin confirmed they inquired about him, but Milwaukee seems hesitant to deal him.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 12/8, 3:50 PM CT
The Braves are interested in Brewers' slugger Corey Hart, according to the Hot Stove Blog on MLB.com.

Our View: The Braves are searching for a power-hitting outfielder, and Hart would be a less expensive alternative to Rick Ankiel, who is also on their radar. The Braves are willing to move Yunel Escobar and Kelly Johnson, but the Brewers are in good shape in their middle infield with JJ Hardy and Rickie Weeks.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 9/14, 1:32 PM CT
Hart is batting leadoff for the Brewers on Sunday.

Our View: He has batted in the middle of the lineup this season, but the Brewers are trying to get out of their late-season slide. If Hart sticks, this move could help his steals down the stretch.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 8/18, 10:24 PM CT
Corey Hart had three hits, including his 19th homer of the year, Monday in a win over Houston.

Our View: Hart is one homer shy of his second straight 20/20 season.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersMonday 8/11, 7:53 PM CT
Corey Hart had a nice afternoon on Friday in the Brewers 7-1 victory over the Nationals as he clubbed his 18th home run while also stealing his 22nd stolen base.

Our View: Hart is 11 for his last 25 (.440) with nine RBI in his last seven games and has quickly put a brief slump behind him. It's a long shot at this point, but a strong kick down the stretch could allow him to reach the 30/30 plateau for the first time.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 8/5, 9:09 PM CT
The Brewers used the drama of the day before to motivate the entire team to an impressive 8-1 victory over the Reds, led by the bat of outfielder Corey Hart . Hart went 2-for-3 at the dish with his 33rd double and fourth triple of the season to total three RBIs and one run scored on the night.

Our View: Hart has struggled this season at the plate but carries fix hits over his last four games. Tonight may represent his best game thus far this season.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersFriday 8/1, 7:50 PM CT
Corey Hart returned to the lineup on Friday after sitting out the Brewers last game to ponder why he was in such a slump at the plate, according to MLB.com. "A day is good. I feel fine. Sometimes a day helps."

Our View: Hart was originally scheduled to sit out two games, but with the Braves starting left hander Chuck James, Hart found himself back in the lineup despite the fact that he is hitting just .240 with only three RBI in 12 games since the All-Star break.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 7/22, 4:49 PM CT
Corey Hart is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Cardinals.

Our View: He is available to pinch-hit and he does not have an injury.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 7/10, 5:35 PM CT
Corey Hart won the fan vote in the National Legue and was named to the All-Star team on Thursday, according to MLB.com. "The fans have always been great here," Hart said. "It means a lot to me and my teammates."

Our View: Hart is the third Brewer on the squad joining Ryan Braun and Ben Sheets. Hart, who beat out David Wright for the last spot on the NL roster, could produce a 30/30 season with a strong finish this year.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 7/10, 4:48 PM CT
Corey Hart had just a single hit on Thursday but it was a big fly, his 15th of the year, his first in 12 games.

Our View: Hart has 15 homers and 13 steals putting him on an almost identical pace to last season when he hit 24 bombs with 23 steals. He has more than justified the faith that people put in him this year with his performance up to this point.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 7/10, 9:49 AM CT
Corey Hart is in the lead in fan balloting for the National League's final spot on the All-Star team, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Our View: Hart is having another good season, hitting .293 with 14 home runs and 56 RBI. He should remain a constant in your fantasy lineup.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 7/6, 5:03 PM CT
Corey Hart was one of several Brewers to have a big game on Sunday. He went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, three runs scored, and a stolen base.

Our View: Hart remains a consistent play in all formats and it appears his speed is coming back. His stolen base came on an aggressive swipe of third.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 7/1, 11:48 PM CT
Give due credit to outfielder Corey Hart for doing his part to support the 8-6 win over Arizona this evening, going 3-for-5 on the night with his 22nd double and two stolen bases on the evening, ending with one RBI and two runs scored.

Our View: Hart hadn't stolen a base since June 3rd but is getting off on the right foot for July. He hit eight home runs with 24 RBIs last month, topped by few on the MLB circuit. If he can approach those numbers again this month, it will be an amazing feat.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersFriday 6/27, 11:06 PM CT
Corey Hart went 2-for-4 with three RBI in Friday's 7-6 loss to the surging Twins. Both of his hits went for home runs.

Our View: Hart has 14 homers, with four coming over his last six games. He raised his average a few points higher to .292, to go along with 50 RBI.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 6/22, 7:02 PM CT
Corey Hart went deep for the 12th time this season on Sunday as he had two hits and two RBI for the Brew Crew.

Our View: Hart continues to pile up consistently solid numbers across the board with a .290 average, 12 home runs, 46 RBI and 10 SB. That is extremely useful all around production from the clubs right fielder who is fulfilling expectations of big time production.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 6/12, 5:19 PM CT
Corey Hart had only one hit on Thursday but it was his 10th home run of the year, a three runs shot, for the Brewers.

Our View: Hart has picked up the pace during his current 7-game hitting streak during which time he has four home runs and 11 RBI for the Brew Crew as he is well on his way to rewarding those that drafted him early this season.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersWednesday 6/11, 10:53 PM CT
Corey Hart hit two of the Brewers season best five home runs on Wednesday night against the Astros, on his way to four RBI.

Our View: Hart has taken over the top spot in the lineup with Rickie Weeks on the DL, so there is a chance that he could run a bit more while knocking in a few less runs. Hart is on pace for a nice 25/25 season, which certainly would make his owners pleased.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersWednesday 6/4, 4:26 PM CT
Corey Hart hit a three-run, inside-the-park home run and the Milwaukee Brewers scored a 10-1 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Thursday.

Our View: It counts as a home run, but it was a single, double at the most, that was misplayed by the Diamondbacks largest defensive liability, Justin Upton. The Diamondbacks right fielder made more than one blunder in the game and committed his seventh error of the season. Seven errors in right field? This is Conseco like.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersThursday 5/22, 9:31 PM CT
Corey Hart hit a home run, his fourth, and stole a base, his eighth, for the Brewers on Thursday.

Our View: Hart has bee a bit of a disappointment this season despite a .305 average and eight steals as he just hasn't displayed the power he showed last season. We know it will take a lot, but we aren't ready to write off a potential 20/20 season just yet.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersSunday 5/11, 5:44 PM CT
Corey Hart recorded two hits and an RBI as the Brewers scored a 5-3 victory over the Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.

Our View: Hart, a preseason favorite on more than one sleeper list this spring, has only one home run on the season, 15 runs scored, 16 RBI, four stolen bases and he's hitting .299. The outfielders numbers aren't morbid, but they fall short of expectations.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersFriday 4/18, 3:24 PM CT
For the second straight game, Corey Hart has moved up to the fifth spot in the lineup, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports. Friday's news is more important, though, since Bill Hall is back after a day off. Hall has been shifted down to the sixth spot.

Our View: The change could make a little bit of difference in Hart and Hall's fantasy values, but we don't need to get carried away about this news. Prince Fielder and Ryan Braun will now have better protection.
Corey Hart, RF, Milwaukee BrewersTuesday 4/15, 11:16 PM CT
Milwaukee RF Corey Hart was one of few offensive high points for the Brewers in a 1-6 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals. Hart went 2-for-3 with a double (the only extra-base hit of the night for the Brewers) and the only RBI for Milwaukee in the game.
