Zach Day has inked a minor league deal with the Twins. He missed all of last season while recovering from rotator cuff surgery peformed in June of 2006. If he proves to be healthy and earns action in the Twins rotation, Day could have some fantasy value this season.

The Nationals placed Zach Day on the 15-day disabled list following Monday's game with what was diagnosed as tendinitis in the shoulder, according to the AP. Day left in the fourth inning Monday night with a sore throwing shoulder. He was charged with six runs and four hits, plus three walks, a wild pitch, and a hit batsman.
