Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersSunday 1/10, 11:27 AM CT
Jason Repko avoided arbitration by signing a one-year, $500,000 deal with the Dodgers, according to Fox Sports.

Our View: Repko spent most of last season at Triple-A Albuquerque, though he could have a chance to make the Dodgers' roster as a reserve outfielder following Juan Pierre's departure.

Jason Repko was sent down to Triple-A on Sunday, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Our View: Repko had six stolen bases this spring, but also hit just .225. He has always had fine speed but has never been able to carve out a significant role in his career with the Dodgers and had the odds stacked heavily against him this season with the team's stacked outfield.
Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersWednesday 3/25, 11:57 AM CT
Outfielder Jason Repko tells the Los Angeles Daily News that he is fine after experiencing some hamstring tightness on Tuesday night.

Our View: Repko is hitting .242 this spring and is not in good position to make an impact this year. He would benefit greatly from a trade, either of himself to a new club or of Juan Pierre.
Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersSaturday 2/28, 9:57 PM CT
Jason Repko went 0-for-2 while stranding three runners on Saturday in a 13-5 win over the Rockies.

Our View: Repko, who would like to be traded, isn't upping his value any as he's just batting .125 in the Cactus League in 2009.
Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersWednesday 1/21, 9:45 AM CT
Outfielder Jason Repko wants to be traded from the Dodgers, according to the L.A. Daily News. "For the last two years, we have been asking the Dodgers for a trade, both myself and Jason. They have not given us any indication he is a part of their plans this year, nor in the future," said Repko's agent, Dan Lozano.

Our View: Repko, who agreed to a $500,00 deal with the team on Tuesday, spent most of last season in Triple-A. There, he hit .283 with 12 home runs in 459 at-bats. He'd likely make a decent fourth or fifth outfielder for some team, but is not deserving of attention from fantasy owners.
Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersMonday 1/19, 12:19 PM CT
The Dodgers have avoided salary arbitration with Jason Repko by signing him to a one-year deal for $500,000, according to the LA Times. The contract includes $87,500 in incentives, based on his number of plate appearances.

Our View: Repko could earn playing time in the Dodgers' outfield in 2009 if they do not reel in Manny Ramirez or another free agent.
Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersFriday 7/4, 2:55 PM CT
Jason Repko was sent to Triple-A Las Vegas in order to make room for Andruw Jones and Nomar Garciaparra, according to The Sports Network.

Our View: Repko has seven at-bats in his time in the majors, struck out four times and failed to get a hit. You won't miss him on your fantasy squad.
Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersMonday 6/30, 4:10 PM CT
Outfielder Jason Repko has been recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas, according to the AP. The team placed Juan Pierre on the 15-day DL with a sprained MCL in his left knee, and Repko fills his spot on the roster.

Our View: Repko displays good power, but only merits fantasy attention in larger NL-only leagues as he won't see regular playing time in the Dodgers' outfield during his stint with the club.
Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersThursday 4/26, 7:17 AM CT
Jason Repko has shed his knee brace and was able to walk around a bit yesterday without crutches, according to the LA Times. He likely will not return from his hamstring surgery this season, though a timetable won't be set until he meets with a physical therapist. "If it ends up taking five months and the season's over, then that's what has to happen," Repko said. "But I just have to get myself to 100 percent and, realistically, ready for next year."

Jason Repko, CF, Los Angeles DodgersSaturday 3/17, 10:10 AM CT
Jason Repko has been sidelined the past week due to a strained right groin, and he may have to open the year on the disabled list, according to the LA Times. "We don't know. We don't have a calendar on his getting ready to play," manager Grady Little said. "But we do know that speed is his game. Whether it's running the bases or playing defense. So we won't be pushing him and trying to rush the process along. Without this No. 1 tool being 100%, then he doesn't mean as much to this team." If Repko starts the year on the DL, Matt Kemp or Larry Bigbie would have a better chance at breaking team with the team.

Jason Repko said the strained right groin that forced him out of Saturday's game was feeling better on Sunday, according to the AP. "I feel much better than I did yesterday," Repko said. "At this point it's day-to-day. We'll see how it goes today, come back tomorrow and see the improvement and just take it like that."

Jason Repko left Saturday's game with a right groin injury, the Dodgers official site reports. Repko had two doubles and a stolen base before leaving the game. "We'll know more tomorrow," he said. "When I felt it twinge, I sort of let it go limp and didn't really run the last two steps. Now I have to let it calm down. I don't think I will be out long."

He underwent a procedure to deal with the plantar fasciitis. "I lived with that pain for years, and after a month of rehab, it didn't hurt anymore," he said. "I've been doing everything full speed."
