Jason Tyner, LF, Detroit TigersMonday 6/15, 6:09 PM CT
Jason Tyner has been released by the Tigers, according to BaseballAmerica.com.

Our View: The Brewers dealt Tyner to the Tigers back in April, and he did not see any action in the majors this season. The 32-year-old vet is a career .275 hitter, but may not find work with another club.
Jason Tyner, LF, Detroit TigersWednesday 4/22, 6:40 PM CT
Jason Tyner has had his contract re-assigned from the Brewers organization to the Tigers organization, according to the Detroit Free Press. There was apparently nothing given in return, but perhaps a word of gratitude.

Our View: Tyner was just given away after hitting .095 in his first 21 at bats. He is 32 years old and may want to start looking at a new occupation, but there's a chance that the Tigers may be the only organization in Detroit adding employees at the moment. The Tigers are his sixth organization of his career.

Jason Tyner has been signed by the Brewers, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. He will work at Triple-A Nashville.

Our View: Tyner has appeared in the majors with the Mets, Rays, Twins and Indians. He is not expected to be fantasy-worthy this season.
Jason Tyner, LF, Detroit TigersWednesday 5/21, 12:19 PM CT
Jason Tyner cleared waivers and has accepted an outright assignment to Triple-A Buffalo, according to USA Today. He was designated for assignment on May 16.

Our View: Tyner holds no fantasy value for this season. He was hitless over two brief at-bats with the Indians.
Jason Tyner, LF, Detroit TigersFriday 5/16, 11:15 AM CT
The Indians will designate Jason Tyner for assignment to make room on the roster for Jeremy Sowers, who will be recalled to make a spot start, according to MLBlogs.com.

Our View: Tyner wasn't going to receive much playing time and is likely to clear waivers and head back to Triple-A.
Jason Tyner, LF, Detroit TigersSunday 5/11, 11:40 AM CT
The Indians added outfielder Jason Tyner to their roster on Sunday, the AP confirms.

Our View: We don't envision Tyner getting much playing time. Fantasy owners should avoid him.
Jason Tyner, LF, Detroit TigersThursday 2/28, 8:15 PM CT
Jason Tyner went 1-for-1 with an RBI on Thursday as he also scored four times. Tyner, who has virtually no shot to make the Indians squad, will look to do enough in camp so that when injury strikes during the year he is one of the first players to get the call.
Jason Tyner, LF, Detroit TigersFriday 2/22, 9:40 AM CT
Jason Tyner has agreed to a minor league contract with the Indians, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Tyner, who hit .286 and played all three outfield positions for the Twins last season, was not invited to the Indians' big league camp.
