Scott Sauerbeck has signed a minor league contract with the Reds, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. He didn't pitch in the majors last season, but posted a 4.97 ERA and 1.58 WHIP over 25.1 innings for the Indians and A's in 2006. He'll battle for a bullpen job in spring training.
