Andrej Meszaros, D Thursday 7/3, 9:53 AM CT
Andrej Meszaros, a restricted free agent, is on the radar of teams such as the Blue Jackets, Thrashers and Canucks, according to Slam Sports.

Our View: Meszaros, a 22-year-old defenseman, had a good season for the Senators, and the former first-round draft pick will only get better, regardless of the team he lands with. Fantasy owners should have him on their radar as well, as Meszaros puts up quality offensive numbers, especially on the power play, where he scored six goals and had 10 assists in 2007-2008.
Antoine Vermette, C Thursday 7/3, 9:47 AM CT
Antoine Vermette is a wanted man, as the restricted free agent is drawing interest from the Canucks, Blue Jackets and Thrashers, according to Slam Sports.

Our View: The soon to be 26-year-old is coming off a very good season, registering 24 goals and 29 assists. He is certainly a nice option for fantasy squads, and should only improve his numbers.
Shean Donovan, W Wednesday 7/2, 4:23 PM CT
Espn.com reports Shean Donovan has signed a two-year deal to continue playing for the Ottawa Senators.

Our View: Donovan scored 12 points last year with the Senators, which included five goals and 7 assists.
Alex Auld, G Tuesday 7/1, 4:04 PM CT
Alex Auld has left the Bruins and has inked a two-year deal (worth $2 million) with the Senators, according to TSN.ca.

Our View: Auld went 12-13-5 with a 2.68 GAA with Boston in 2007-08 and will be Martin Gerber's backup in Ottawa, so his fantasy value will remain low.
Wade Redden, D Tuesday 7/1, 11:55 AM CT
Wade Redden is on the Blue Jackets radar and they will apparently make him a "significant" offer, according to the Columbus Dispatch.

Our View: Redden is unlikely to be back with the Senators unless he drastically reduces his asking price, and given the fact that teams like the Jackets are willing to throw money at him, don't expect the lifelong Senator to return to Ottawa.
