December 1, 2008 Chris Osgood has been dealing with a minor right knee ailment but feels fine to start Monday's game against Anaheim, according to the Our View:Osgood is 9-1-4, despite a poor .878 save percentage and a 3.19 goals-against average. |

November 28, 2008 Chris Osgood made only 13 saves on 16 shots but he still emerged victorious for the Red Wings on Friday night to improve his record to 9-1-4 on the year. Our View:Osgood simply hasn't been very good this season with an awful .878 save percentage, but the team still wins when he is between the pipes. Osgood makes a fine second fantasy goalie, but until those ratios improve his value is limited merely to his win total. |
