Jaroslav Halak stopped 30-of-31 shots in Tuesday's 1-0 loss to the Flames at the Bell Centre.

Our View:Halak performed well, but was forced to take a loss as his teammates could not score against netminder Miikka Kiprusoff. He bounced back after allowing four goals in each of his previous two outings.

Jaroslav Halak didn't have a great night on Saturday, saving just 26-of-30 shots, but still got the win, as the Canadiens beat the Maple Leafs 5-4 in a shootout victory.

Our View:Halak is now 5-2 in seven starts, but does not have great peripherals. The Habs' goal-tending situation is probably one to avoid for now.

CBC host Elliotte Friedman is reporting on Twitter that Jaroslav Halak will start in net for the Canadiens on Saturday. Halak and Carey Price have been splitting time this season.

Our View:Halak had a nice run a few weeks ago, but he struggled in his last outing. It looks like the team will go back to Halak tonight, but if he struggles again we could see more of Price.
