Michel Ouellet has been cleared by doctors to return to game action, according to the Post-Gazette. It isn't known if Ouellet, who has been out since Nov. 22 with a shoulder injury, will be back in the lineup tonight or not.

Michel Ouellet was scratched last night because of leg injuries, according to the Post-Gazette. Ouellet said his injury, which began in a knee but is more focused on the hamstring now, is as a result of a hit he took in Saturday's game. He said he was "day-to-day," choosing not to set a timetable for his return.

Michel Ouellet injured his right knee Monday when he fell heavily into the boards early in the third period after he was checked by Chris Phillips, according to the AP. "The doctor said it's probably not something major," said Ouellet. "At least I can walk on it a little bit, so that's a good thing."
