After being put on the second line last week, Kings forward Patrick O'Sullivan was moved back to the top line, according to the L.A. Daily News.

Our View:O'Sullivan has three goals and three assists in seven games this year. He is comfortable playing with Anze Kopitar and Dustin Brown, so it is possible his production will increase.

According to the Los Angeles Daily News, Patrick O'Sullivan will be playing on the Kings' second line. Coach Terry Murray says that it's not a demotion, but its purpose is to give the Kings more offensive balance, and not allow opponents to focus on just one line.

Our View:O'Sullivan still will be productive on the second line, but there might be better options out there. We'll keep you posted on any changes.

Patrick O'Sullivan made his 2008 season debut with the Kings Sunday, according to the LA Times.

Our View:He saw around 20 minutes of ice time, and was reportedly rusty and out of rhythm, as he just signed his contract last Tuesday and missed training camp. He will be a solid depth player for fantasy owners once he gets back up to speed. He scored 53 points with the Kings as an NHL sophomore in 2007.

Center Patrick O'Sullivan will not play in the Kings' initial game of the 2008-09 season, according to the L.A. Times.

Our View:O'Sullivan missed some camp while getting a new contract worked out. He is expected to make his debut on Sunday, however. He is a solid depth player for fantasy owners, as the 23-year-old tallied 53 points last year.

Center Patrick O'Sullivan finally signed with the Kings on Tuesday according to the AP. The 23-year-old was a restricted free agent this offseason.

Our View:O'Sullivan was terrific in his second season as he posted 53 points in 82 games. His holdout will likely cause him to start off the season a little slow, but by midseason, expect him to be putting up a healthy amount of points. He is a sound bench selection.

Patrick O'Sullivan still hasn't singed a deal with the Kings so he continues to stay away from the club, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Our View:The team has stated that they won't sign O'Sullivan for fewer than three years so that they don't lose him prematurely, whereas Patrick wants a one year deal. Keep an eye on this situation as O'Sullivan is slated to skate on a line with Anze Kopitar.

Patrick O'Sullivan will not attend training camp with the Kings, according to the LA Daily News.

Our View:The restricted free agent is not holding out, but the team requested that he stays away from camp until he inks a deal. He and the Kings are reportedly not close to agreeing to a deal.

With the signing of Jaret Stoll, Patrick O'Sullivan becomes the team's top priority as he is still without a contract, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.

Our View:In just just second season in the league, Patrick played in every game while racking up 22 goals and 53 points. He is expected to be the teams left winger on the top scoring line, and with about the team needing to spend $3 million more dollars to reach the NHL minimum of a $40 million deal, look for O'Sullivan to sign a lucrative multi-year deal with the club in the near future.

Patrick O'Sullivan had a career night as he dished out four assists and added a goal as he had a hand in all five Kings goals in their victory over the Blues. O'Sullivan now has points in four of his last six games and six of his last nine games though he still has only 38 points in 63 games on the year as a waiver-wire center.
