November 13, 2008 Joey MacDonald improved his record to 5-6-2 with a victory over the Senators on Thursday night as he stopped 29 of 30 shots that were fired his way. Our View:MacDonald continues to do a yeoman's like job filling in for Rick DiPietro as he has given the Isles a chance to win almost every night. His ratios aren't great (2.88 GAA, .907 SV%), but he has been a solid option as a number two goalie. |
