Ryan Getzlaf had a goal and an assist on Saturday in the Ducks victory over the Kings. Getzlaf is now up to 24 goals and 81 points with one game left in the Ducks season. Those pundits who predicted a breakout for Getzlaf after his 58 point season a year ago were correct, though it would have been nice to see him produce a few more goals considering that he notched 25 of them last year.

Getzlaf sat out Saturday's 2-1 victory at Phoenix but did take the ice today for a workout following the morning skate. Still, it appears he will miss his second straight game.

Ryan Getzlaf had a goal and an assist on Sunday night for the Ducks to extend his point streak to four games. Getzlaf's goal was his first since January 20th, a stretch of 12-games, so it was nice to see him get that monkey off his back. Still, over his last six games he has six points so he continues to put points on the board.
