Marian Gaborik is scheduled to see a therapist in Los Angeles in an effort to speed up the healing process for his groin, according to the Star Tribune. Gaborik has been out since Oct. 20.

Marian Gaborik missed his 22nd game due to a groin injury Saturday, the AP reports. He's not expected to travel with the team on next week's three-game road trip.

Marian Gaborik got in his first full practice in over a month yesterday, according to the Star-Tribune. "I'm glad to go through the whole thing," he said. "Contact feels nice. You feel like you're in the action. I changed directions and it feels good. As long as I keep doing good and it's pain-free, I can get in game shape." Coach Jacques Lemaire said Gaborik is expected to return from his groin injury "next month."

Marian Gaborik practiced briefly for the Wild Monday for the first time in 38 days, according to the Star-Tribune. Gaborik, suffering from a groin injury, has yet to be cleared for contact. "I looked at him for the first time and said, 'Geez, he's skating like before he got injured,' " coach Jacques Lemaire said. "Myself, he looked like he's ready to play, but they want to take their time."

The Wild finally decided to place Marian Gaborik on injured reserve, according to the Star-Tribune. He's been out for a while with a strained groin and isn't expected back in action until at least early next month.

Marian Gaborik continues to rehab his injured groin, but he remains at least several games away from returning to action, according to the Star-Tribune. "From all indications, things are going fine," Wild assistant GM Tom Lynn said. "He's got exercises laid out for him for the next week and then he'll go back there in hopes of taking it to another level and to get back on the ice. . . Once he's ready to practice, he'll jump back into the team."

Marian Gaborik will have to miss only 7-10 days because of a groin injury that he suffered last Friday, according to the Star Tribune. "The pain was pretty bad," Gaborik said. "So, I thought it would be worse than it is."

The Wild signed Marian Gaborik to a three-year, $19 million contract, about an hour before he was expected to file for salary arbitration, according to the AP. He scored a franchise-record 38 goals and tallied 66 points in only 65 games after missing some early time to groin and hip problems.
