October 5, 2008 Stephane Robidas continues to overcome all the challenges thrown at him, and in the early going this season one of those challenges will be to step up his offensive game to compensate for the loss of Sergei Zubov, according to Our View:Zubov is hopeful of returning in early November, and it's not as if Robidas has a ton of upside though he did scored a career best nine goals and 26 points last season before racking up 11 points in the post-season. He makes a great late round gamble. |

August 3, 2008 Stephane Robidas took on a greater role in the Stars offense last year when Sergei Zubov was injured, and he hopes to repeat his solid work in the coming season, according to the Our View:Zubov is expected to return to the number on defense pairing with Robidas sliding into the second pairing with Nicklas Grossman. He will likely also continue to receive power-play time as Philippe Boucher has fallen behind Robidas in importance. |

May 20, 2008 Stephane Robidas scored the lone goal for Dallas in their 4-1 loss to Detroit in Game 6 on Monday. Our View:The Stars have been eliminated 4-2, but Robidas performed well, by his standards, as he scored two goals and an assist in the series. He only scored 26 points over 82 games in the regular season. |
