April 14, 2008 Marc Savard notched an assist and an overtime goal in a 2-1 win over Montreal on Sunday, and his heroics earned him Third Star honors for the night, according to Our View:Savard generated 78 points over 74 games this season, and he will need to remain hot if Boston expects to come back and win the series. |

April 13, 2008 Thanks to Marc Savard, the Bruins are still alive. The veteran center netted an overtime goal in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Canadiens. The Bruins are down 2-1 in the series. Our View:It should come as no surprise that the Bruins top scorer delivered when the team most needed it. Savard's numbers were down this season, but he remains an excellent fantasy commodity. |

April 12, 2008 Marc Savard dished out an assist on the power-play on David Krejci's goal but the Bruins still fell 3-2 in OT to the Canadiens. Our View:Savard was once again limited to less than 16 minutes of ice-time as it's obvious that his back is still causing him to be at far less than 100%. |
