Tiki Barber is expected to sign a four-year, $10 million contract with Disney after the season, according to the New York Post. Barber would work for both ABC News and ESPN. This news all but confirms that Barber will in fact retire after the season like he has previously stated.

Tiki Barber carried the ball 23 times for a career high and franchise record 234 yards and scored three touchdowns Saturday night in a 34-28 victory over the Redskins. He had TD runs of 15, 50 and 55 yards. Barber's previous best rushing game was 220 yards in December 2005 against Kansas City, which also was the franchise record.

Tiki Barber has been playing through a broken thumb that's "killing him," according to a Foxsports.com report. Despite this problem, Barber is not listed on the Week 14 injury report and is expected to play at Carolina.
November 24, 2006
Tiki Barber publicly complained about the Giants game plan in Monday at Jacksonville, something that apparently didn't sit well with head coach Tom Coughlin, Newsday reports. The day after that game, Coughlin read out the fine schedule for conduct detrimental to the team in front of his players, a reminder that speaking out against the coaching staff could result in financial punishment. Barber had just 10 carries for 27 yards in the Monday loss; look for him to get a lot more work Sunday at Tennessee.
November 20, 2006
Tiki Barber was not a factor in Monday's loss at Jacksonville, finishing with just 37 total yards. It's possible Barber's thumb could have been an issue on one or two passes that he almost caught but couldn't secure; he ended the night with one reception for 13 yards, in addition to his 10 carries for 27 yards.
