Matthew Stafford (knee, shoulder) is expected to be healthy enough to participate in Lions OTAs next week, according to the Detroit News.

Our View:Expect his workload to be extremely light, however. While Detroit needs better pass protection, Stafford also needs to stay on the field more in 2010.

According to NFL.com's Jason La Canfora, the Lions are "shopping" their number two overall draft pick.

Our View:Details are scarce, but Detroit is apparently willing to move down the draft board. After netting a franchise quarterback last season, it would make sense for Detroit to move down and save some money and net some extra draft picks. Stay tuned.

Matthew Stafford (knee) should be 100 percent healthy by the time the Lions' offseason training begins in March, according to MLive.com.

Our View:While he's not in the playoffs like fellow rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez, Stafford had a solid first-NFL campaign, throwing for 226.7 yards per game and 13 total touchdowns. Being a rookie, he also threw 20 picks, but expect that number to come way down in 2010.
