Jason Shirley was found guilty Monday of drunken driving and hit and run, and was sentenced to 30 days in the adult offender work program, according to the Fresno Bee. Shirley was also placed on three years of probation, and must attend a program for first-time offenders and pay a fine of $1,674.

Our View:The rookie's future in the NFL is uncertain. He had off-the-field problems during his time at Fresno State as well.

On Thursday a Fresno County judge issued a warrant for Jason Shirley on the suspicion of drunken driving, according to the AP.

Our View:Shirley has until Tuesday to show up in court or the warrant will go into effect. This isn't the first time that Shirly has had run-ins with the law. During his senior year at Fresno State he only played three games due off-field incidents.

The Bengals have agreed to a four-year deal with defensive tackle Jason Shirley, Pro Football Weekly reports. Shirley was a fifth-round pick out of Fresno State.

Our View:Shirley is a good fit for the Bengals, as he carries character baggage. He played only three games as a senior because of three off-field incidents. Nice.
