November 27, 2008 Tim Hightower was held to a mere seven rushing attempts for seven yards in Thursday's disappointing 48-20 loss to the Eagles. He was more productive in the passing game, with three receptions for 34 yards. Our View:The game got out of hand early, which forced the Cardinals to abandon the running game. Edgerrin James did not have any carries, and JJ Arrington finished second on the team with two for 10 yards. Hightower and the Cardinals should get back on track in Week 14 in a favorable match-up at home against the Rams. |

November 23, 2008 Tim Hightower was held to just 21 yards on 10 carries on Sunday, but he scored a pair of touchdowns. Our View:Hightower continues to get more carries than any other back on the Cardinals and should be poised for a huge game in two weeks when Arizona faces the Rams, one of the league's worst defenses against the run. |

November 4, 2008 Tim Hightower broke loose for 109 rushing yards in his first NFL start last weekend against the Rams and coach Ken Whisenhunt confirmed that he will remain the starter over Edgerrin James in Week 10 against the 49ers, according to the Our View:Hightower merits fantasy consideration against the 49ers' 19th ranked run defense. The rookie has already scored seven touchdowns over eight games. |
