According to the Miami Herald, the Dolphins decided they couldn’t wait around for doctors to clear Thomas, so they placed him on IR to free up a roster spot. “The team explained to us that they needed to sign another linebacker, and they just couldn’t afford to wait any longer,” Thomas’ agent, Drew Rosenhaus, told the Herald. |
