Wideout Joe Horn worked out for the New York Giants on Wednesday, but the New York Daily News reports the team will not sign him.

Our View:Horn apparently has lost too much speed to be an effective threat. His NFL career has almost certainly come to it's conclusion.

Wideout Joe Horn could sign with the New York Giants on Wednesday, the Newark Star-Ledger reports.

Our View:The Giants have struggled in their passing game without Plaxico Burress, and they are looking for options in that regard. Horn likely won't be of use to fantasy owners, but he could be solid depth for the Giants.

Adam Schefter of NFL Network states that Joe Horn is scheduled for a visit with the Titans today.

Our View:Horn could also be on the Browns' radar with the status of injured receiver Donte' Stallworth unknown. The 36-year-old Horn is not the only receiver talking to Tennessee, as Chad Jackson and Reche Caldwell are also being considered as options.

Joe Horn wouldn't mind getting the chance to play for the Cleveland Browns this season, according to ESPN.com. He told the website the team intrigues him because "they are right at the next step of getting to the Super Bowl."

Our View:The Browns, however, do not seem all that interested in Horn, nor do many other teams. At 36 years old, the impact he would make is probably negligible, in the NFL and fantasy leagues.

Raiders' coach Lane Kiffin wants to look outside the organization for a No. 3 receiver following the season-ending injury sustained by Drew Carter, and the SF Chronicle suggests that Joe Horn could be considered.

Our View:Ronald Curry will no longer have competition for the starting role opposite Javon Walker with Carter gone. The loser of that race was slated for the No. 3 job. Horn could help the Raiders, but not likely enough to make him fantasy worthy in average-size leagues.
