Our View:Jamaal Charles will move up to No. 2 on the running back chart behind Larry Johnson. That shouldn't affect your fantasy plans.

Kolby Smith has been added to the injury report with a back ailment, according to the Kansas City Star. He did not practice Thursday.

Our View:If he plays, Smith will not see many carries behind Larry Johnson, especially since the Chiefs will likely fall behind the Patriots early, so his injury holds little fantasy significance for this week.

Our View:Larry Johnson didn't see any touches on the night as Smith had a solid outing, as did Jamaal Charles who produced 43 yards on six carries against the Rams.
