Andre Hall should be back in action this week after missing last Sunday's game due to a high ankle sprain, but the club could be without Selvin Young, who suffered a right arm injury, the Rocky Mountain News reports.

Andre Hall will not play in Week 13 due to a high ankle sprain, the Denver Post reports. Hall may not have seen any action even if he was healthy, as Travis Henry and Selvin Young both appear ready to return against the Raiders.

With Travis Henry and Selvin Young sidelined Sunday, Andre Hall started at running back for the Broncos. He sprained his ankle on his first carry, according to the Denver Post. "It started getting worse and worse, but I knew the team needed me so I stuck it out," Hall said. He played nearly the entire game, and racked up 167 total yards and a touchdown. Hall likely will go back to a reserve role if Henry and/or Young are ready to go in Week 13, but whoever gets most of the carries will have a nice matchup against the Raiders.

With Travis Henry on the sidelines with a partially torn PCL and looming legal issues and Selvin Young bothered by a strained knee, Jay Cutler could find himself handing off to Andre Hall much more this weekend. Hall grabbed the rock for seven carries against the Titans on Monday night, including an 82-yard touchdown scamper.

If Travis Henry is suspended as a result of his alleged failed drug test, Andre Hall could be in line to split carries with backup Selvin Young. According to the Denver Post, there are concerns that Young, who suffered his share of injuries during his college career, wouldn’t be able to hold up to a full workload. The Post speculates that Hall, a smaller, compact back, could be used to lighten Young’s load. “I’m looking for an opportunity but I don’t want it that way,” Hall said of Henry’s situation.

Andre Hall earned some passing praise throughout camp, and he received more pointed, positive remarks from a teammate on Wednesday. "He does remind me of me," starter Travis Henry tells the Denver Post. "I guess he's my little twin. I've been very impressed by him. Really, I think he's going to be great. Just watch him in practice and on tape. He is a 'wow' player." Hall is currently dealing with a minor right hamstring injury.
