Michael Bush is displaying strong hands and receiving skills so far in camp, according to InsideBayArea.com. His highlight of Tuesday came when he reached behind for a finger-tip catch on an off-target throw over the middle by Andrew Walter.

Our View:Bush always displayed solid hands for a big man during his time at Louisville, and he could make LaMont Jordan more expendable if he continues to excel in this area.

Michael Bush looked good during minicamp, according to the Oakland Tribune. Bush reportedly ran with a smooth athleticism, and looked natural catching a pass over the middle and pulling away from a linebacker. He burst through holes, and moved very well for a 250-pound back.

Our View:Bush had a chance to eventually fight for a starting gig in Oakland, but the addition of prized rookie Darren McFadden really kills his fantasy value. He will be left to fight for scraps with Justin Fargas, who is coming off a breakout campaign with 1009 rushing yards.

A sideline observer at the Raiders' closed practice today commented that Michael Bush looked slow, according to the Oakland Tribune. He missed his rookie season in 2007 while rehabbing his broken leg, and Bush didn't practice much with the Raiders either.

Our View:Bush had a chance to eventually fight for a starting gig in Oakland, but the addition of prized rookie Darren McFadden really kills his fantasy value. He will be left to fight for scraps with Dominic Rhodes and Justin Fargas, who is coming off a breakout campaign with 1009 rushing yards.

Michael Bush will not come off the PUP list on Wednesday, and he will end up missing his entire rookie season as he recovers from a broken right leg, the Sacramento Bee reports.

Michael Bush strapped on the pads for the first time in over a year, joining the Raiders scout team during Wednesday's practice. "Went out there and had some fun," Bush told the Oakland Tribune. "I'm in my own little world out there. I was on scout team, but that's better than nothing. I'll take it." Now that he's returned to practice, Bush has 21 days to either be promoted to the active roster or placed on season-ending injured reserve. He's been on the Physically Unable to Perform list all year as he attempts to come back from a broken leg.
