Head coach Eric Mangini praised running back Jerome Harrison, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Mangini said, "I think Jerome has had an outstanding group of OTAs and camps. I have been very pleased with him in all aspects -- running, catching, protection, and the way he works on the field and in the classroom. He has done a great job."

Our View:Harrison could play a larger role in the Browns' offense this season with Jamal Lewis turning 30 in August. Harrison could be worth targeting as a late-round flier, namely in PPR leagues.

According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, backup running back Jerome Harrison has impressed in camp and may see an increase in touches this season.

Our View:Jamal Lewis is aging and his best years are behind him, so that could leave the door open for Harrison if Lewis struggles early. Eric Mangini made a similar move in the past with Leon Washington.

Running back Jerome Harrison (ribs) won't play in Week 15 against the Eagles. He did not make the trip to Philadelphia, the team's official web site reports.

Our View:The Browns rarely use anyone outside of Jamal Lewis, so this doesn't hurt fantasy leagues. Jason Wright will see more action.

Browns running back Jerome Harrison will get an MRI exam on his ribs, according to ClevelandBrowns.com.

Our View:Harrison has a ridiculous 7.9 yards per carry average, gaining 246 yards on 31 carries, which begs the question: why does he have just 31 carries on the year?
November 19, 2008
Jerome Harrison did not practice on Wednesday, according to the Browns' official site.

Our View:Harrison hasn't had a ton of fantasy value this season, but has come on as of late. We'll keep you posted on his status.
