Chris Henry was targeted just twice and didn't have a catch in Thursday's win over Baltimore. Henry's fantasy value doesn't get a break next week when the Bengals host the Raiders.

Chris Henry has gotten a break in his pending DUI case, as the Clermont County court has tossed out the results of a Breathalyzer test, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports. He’ll still be tried on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol – and he could be suspended for at least two games by the National Football League if found guilty. But with Henry's jury trial set for Feb. 15, he should be clear for the rest of this season. Henry is coming off a productive game; he had two short touchdown catches in Sunday's win at Cleveland.

The Cincinnati Post reports that the Bengals added Chris Henry to the injury report after the wide receiver missed practice Friday. Henry, who is nursing a sore hip flexor, is listed as probable.

Originally, coach Marvin Lewis was unsure if he would have Henry play this week, but with Kelley Washington and Antonio Chatman out, he really didn't have much of a choice.

"I'll make that decision come Sunday," Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said. Henry is coming off a two-game league suspension for violating the NFL substance abuse and personal conduct policies.

Chris Henry has served his two-game NFL suspension and is eligible to play Sunday against Atlanta, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. However, the decision on whether he plays or not lies with coach Marvin Lewis. "He gets an opportunity to come back and practice this week," Lewis said when asked about Henry. "He could be down. He could be on our team and be down (not in uniform)."

The NFL has suspended Chris Henry for two games for violations of the NFL's personal conduct policy, according to ESPN.com.
