Chris Henry appeared on a radio talk show and says he has changed his ways, according to the Dayton Daily News. "I'm going to stay away from the wrong people and never put myself in a bad situation," he said.

Our View:That's nice to hear, but the person he has to convince is Roger Goodell. Should he actually stay out of trouble, Henry is talented enough to warrant fantasy consideration, but until he latches on to a team, it's a moot point.

A judge has declared a mistrial in Chris Henry's assault case, according to the AP. An eight-person jury in Cincinnati stated to the judge Tuesday that they were unable to agree on a verdict. Hamilton County Municipal Judge Richard Bernat then dismissed the jury and set a hearing for July 8.

Our View:Henry is suspended indefinitely by the NFL, but this raises hope that he will get another shot to play again.

Free agent receiver Chris Henry is awaiting the resolution of his court case, it could come today, where he allegedly committed an assault on Greg Meyer, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. The jury is currently in deliberations on the case.

Our View:Henry has had so many off field issues that it's extremely hard to keep things straight. Let's just say being vindicating by a jury would go a long way toward starting the rehabilitation process for this talented but enigmatic player.

Chris Henry had one of the two charges against him dismissed on Friday, according to ESPN.com. The former member of the Bengals had been accused of punching a man in the face and breaking his car window with a beer bottle, and had been charged with assault and criminal damaging. Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Richard Bernat dropped the criminal damaging charge today. Henry testified that he swung at his accuser in self-defense.

Our View:Henry is on indefinite suspension from the NFL pending the outcome of this trial, which is expected to continue early next week when the jury is expected to begin deliberating the remaining assault charge.

While former Cincinnati receiver Chris Henry was in court for jury selection in his assault trial, his sport utility vehicle was being repossessed from the courthouse parking lot, according to WLWT News 5. The SUV was hooked to a tow truck, but didn't get towed because the lot's owners ordered the tow truck off the lot.

Our View:Henry told News 5 that it's all a misunderstanding that's being worked out.
