Carlos Rogers will start at cornerback in Sunday's game at Philadelphia, according to the Washington Post.

Our View:He will be replacing DeAngelo Hall, who is dealing with a sprained knee. Rogers has been inconsistent in coverage this season, and will be aiming for a solid performance to prevent another demotion.

Redskins' defensive back Carlos Rogers called out everyone, including ownership, that is involed in the Redskins' organization, according to NBC Sports. When asked about the problems in the organization, Rogers replied, "It not only starts with the players, coaches; it starts with the ownership. They bring everyone in and they have the last say-so on everything, so that's where it starts."

Our View:Calling out the man who signs your paychecks is never a good idea in any profession, but it is especially bad when your paycheck is as big as the one Rogers cuts every week. While he makes valid points in his conversation, it still seems like a bad idea to call out a guy like Dan Snyder.

Cornerback Carlos Rogers exited the game against Detroit in the second quarter with a sprained ankle.

Our View:Rogers is getting his ankle taped on the sideline, and is considered questionable to return. He has been replaced in the starting lineup by Fred Smoot.

Carlos Rogers (calf), who hadn't practiced in eight days, returned to practice on Sunday, according to The Washington Post.

Our View:Rogers is expected to be in the mix for the team's starting right cornerback job this season, but might not be the favorite because of his inability to stay on the field. The alternative, veteran Fred Smoot, isn't great.

Carlos Rogers missed another day of practice Monday while dealing with a strained left calf muscle, according to the Washington Post. He is yet to participate in 11-on-11 drills in training camp.

Our View:Rogers noted that he could play if he had to, but added that he is uncertain when he may return to practice. He will compete for the starting gig at right cornerback when ready.
