The Miami Herald reports that Bill Parcells will remain with the Dolphins with next season. "Bill is going to stay," owner Wayne Huizenga said. "He told me the day before yesterday he was going to stay."

Our View:Parcells has been given a great deal of credit for the Dolphins improbable turnaround this season. He is one of the most coveted front office men in the NFL.

Ronnie Brown was stifled on the ground on Sunday, finishing with just 19 yards on 12 carries. He did have six receptions for 43 yards, including an incredible grab for a two-yard touchdown play.

Our View:Brown had not had a single touchdown reception all year until this one, but he rushed for 10 scores during the regular season. He won't catch nearly as many fantasy owners by surprise next year.

Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that Bill Parcells could leave the Dolphins after only one year in the front office. Parcells's contract allows him to walk away and still receive his pay if Wayne Huizenga sells the franchise, and the owner is in the process of doing just that, ProFootballTalk.com notes. Following a sale, Parcells would have 30 days to exercise his option.

Our View:Phins fans certainly don't want to hear this news. Parcells has helped orchestrate the turnaround from 1-15 to the cusp of the playoffs. We're sure we'll hear more about this in the coming days.

Running back Ronnie Brown rushed 10 times for 67 yards in the Week 15 win over the 49ers. He also caught one pass for nine yards.

Our View:It was a must-win home game for the Phins, and Brown received only 11 touches. We have to wonder about that game plan. The Dolphins won, but they might want to get him more looks in Weeks 16 and 17.

Ronnie Brown is leading the Pro Bowl fan voting for running backs in AFC, according to Scout.com.

Our View:Fan voting counts for one-third of the selection process for the Pro Bowl, which will be played the weekend after the Super Bowl. The other two-thirds come in a vote of players and coaches.
