Cornerback Randall Gay was injured during the first quarter of the Week 14 game against the Falcons. He was not limping but did appear to be wobbly, CBSSports.com reports. Usama Young took his place.

Our View:The Saints defense isn't effective with or without Gay, but this should help the Falcons offense.

Randall Gay's sore hamstring was re-injured on Sunday in Denver according to the AP. The severity of the injury is not yet known.

Our View:The cornerback was limited in practice most of last week. He has just five tackles this season. He joins a growing list of Saints' secondary who are slowed by injuries.

Randall Gay was limited in Thursday's practice while dealing with hamstring pain, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune.

Our View:Safety Roman Harper (hamstring) was limited as well, and Aaron Glenn was forced to miss practice due to his ankle injury. The Saints' secondary is banged up, and must face a potent Broncos' passing attack at Invesco Field this Sunday.

Saints cornerback Randall Gay is dealing with hamstring pain, and he has also caught the flu, according to the New Orleans Times-Picayune. It is not yet known if he will play this weekend.

Our View:Gay is an important part of the team's secondary, but thankfully for the Saints, they are facing a Washington offense that really struggled throwing the ball Week 1.

Cornerback Randall Gay injured his right arm during Saturday's preseason game against the Texans, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.

Our View:The Saints have a suspect and thin defensive backfield even when Gay is healthy. They'll be in trouble if this injury is serious.
