The Titans have signed Casey Cramer, according to the Tennessean.

Our View:He was on the verge of signing with the Broncos when coach Jeff Fisher called him. The Titans intend to employ Cramer on special teams after losing Josh Stamer to a groin injury.

Casey Cramer was waived by the Dolphins on Saturday, according to the Dolphins' official site.

Our View:Cramer only played in nine games this season but did register one receiving touchdown in a Week 12 loss to the Patriots. Cramer will be replaced by linebacker William Kershaw.

Casey Cramer has been ruled out for Sunday's game due to an ankle injury, according to the Miami Herald.

Our View:He will be replaced at fullback by Lousaka Polite. Neither fullback would hold fantasy value, especially with a tough match-up against Baltimore.

The Dolphins signed fullback Casey Cramer on Tuesday, the Miami Herald confirms. They released fullback Boomer Grigsby to open up a roster spot.

Our View:We doubt Grigsby is the lone reason why the Dolphins rushed 17 times for only 49 yards in Week 1.
