Saints' wide receiver Devery Henderson is scheduled to be the starter opposite Marques Colston on Monday night, according to the Twitter page of beat writer Jeff Duncan. Lance Moore is listed as the third receiver for the game.

Our View:Henderson has only one touchdown this season, which is a bit of a surprise considering he starts for the Saints. He has had one 100-yard game this season, but there is plenty of potential here since he plays for the Saints.

Wide receiver Devery Henderson reeled in five balls for 103 yards and a touchdown in the Week 1 victory over Detroit.

Our View:Before you get too excited, keep in mind that Henderson didn't catch five passes in a game in 2007 or 2008, and he has notched only three 100-yard efforts in the last 33 games.
August 29, 2009
Devery Henderson caught three balls for 69 yards on Saturday, as the Saints carved up the Raiders in a 45-7 victory.

Our View:Henderson is a dark-horse 1,000 yard candidate in 2009, and is worth a late-round flier in most drafts.
March 4, 2009
Devery Henderson has reportedly re-signed with the Saints, according to the National Football Post. Terms of the deal are yet to be disclosed.

Our View:Henderson has issues with dropping too many passes, but there is no denying he is a dangerous deep threat, and the Saints decided to keep him in their aerial attack.

Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch suggests that Devery Henderson could be an option for the Rams.

Our View:Henderson would provide the Rams with a deep threat, but his poor hands would leave a bit to be desired. The club had interest in Nate Washington and Brandon Jones before both inked with new teams.
