December 21, 2008 Julius Jones failed to receive a carry during Sunday's win over the Jets. Our View:There was no reported injury keeping him out of the game. Fortunately, Holmgren's tenure in Seattle will only last one more game, so Jones will be able to escape his doghouse. |

November 25, 2008 Julius Jones will get the start in the backfield for the Seahawks on Thanksgiving against the Cowboys, according to the Our View:Coach Mike Holmgren says Jones will start against his former teams, four days after being benched, and replaced by Maurice Morris. Morris gave Seattle its first 100-yard rushing day since Week 3 in last weekend's loss to Washington. |

November 23, 2008 Julius Jones only had two carries for 21 yards on Sunday against the Redskins. He injured his calf in the second quarter and did not return. Our View:Jones has had some fantasy value this year, with over 600 rushing yards and a couple of touchdowns, but this injury could limit him in the coming weeks. We'll keep you posted. |
