Shawn Andrews is listed as the Eagles' starting right tackle on their latest depth chart, according to Eagles.com.

Our View:Andrews was an elite guard, and should be able to hold up fine at tackle. He was drafted as a tackle out of Arkansas, but moved inside as the Eagles had Tra Thomas and Jon Runyan covering the bookends at tackle.

According to NFL.com, the Eagles are following through with their plan to move Shawn Andrews to tackle despite the recent of acquisitions of Jason Peters and Stacy Andrews.

Our View:Andrews worked at right tackle during Friday's practice, so it looks like this move may be permanent. Peters will line up at the other tackle position and Stacy Andrews will take over at guard.

Andy Kemp (Wisconsin) worked out for the Eagles, according to Scout.com.

Our View:Shawn Andrews is coming off back surgery, and the Eagles could use depth at guard. Kemp has good size (6-5, 320 pounds), and has potential to develop into a solid backup once he works on his balance and strength. Kemp also auditioned for the Vikings, and he is projected to be a late-round draft pick.

Shawn Andrews is reportedly on the Eagles' trading block, and they contacted at least one potentially interested team, according to ProFootballTalk.com.

Our View:He had a bout with clinical depression last season, and also suffered a back injury that ended his season. The club signed his brother Stacy Andrews in the off-season, but it looks like the pair may not play together this season if they can find a trade partner for Shawn, who is an elite guard when healthy.

Shawn Andrews, who has been recovering from a back injury, is expected to be ready to participate in the Eagles' post-draft minicamp, according to PhillyBurbs.com.

Our View:This is encouraging news, as Andrews is an elite guard when healthy. The Eagles still need to replace Tra Thomas at left tackle though, and may target one with pick No. 21 or 28 in the first round of the draft.
