The Dallas Morning News reports that Roy Williams acknowledged that he is not making the plays that he should and that it's understandable if Tony Romo has lost confidence in him. "If I continue to do the things I've been doing, I'm going to mess around and be on the sidelines playing special teams," said Williams.

Our View:Williams had three targets last Sunday and dropped two of them. One resulted in an interception. For the season, he has just 38 catches, although seven of them have gone for touchdowns.

Roy Williams caught just one pass against the Redskins on Sunday, but it went for a four-yard touchdown.

Our View:Williams has gained a grand total of 18 yards in his last two games combined. He has seven scores on the year, but his spotty yardage production makes him a risky start. Romo clearly favors Miles Austin, which has spelled bad news for Williams all year.

Roy Williams led the Cowboys with 74 receiving yards on four catches in Week 14.

Our View:After a muddled first half of the season, Williams has come on strong as of late. In six of his last seven games he has either totaled 74 or more yards or caught a touchdown pass. He should be a safe WR2 spot for the rest of the season.

Roy Williams hauled in six passes for 60 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 13 as the Cowboys fell to the Giants.

Our View:Miles Austin and Jason Witten got the majority of the looks overall in this one, but Williams was targeted more often in the end zone. It appears Tony Romo is getting more comfortable going to him, as he has three touchdown catches in the last two games, after going without a catch in Week 11 against Washington.

Redskins safety LaRon Landry has told Redskins.com that Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams was playing "scared" in Dallas' narrow victory over Washington on Sunday.

Our View:Fox Sports actually ran a lowlights package of Williams' day during the game, and Landry said he did not care what Williams thought of his comments because "What's that gonna do?" He had multiple drops. It's beginning to become apparent that Williams might not have the stomach for playing in Big D.
