Larry Fitzgerald was limited in practice on Wednesday by a groin injury. The Arizona Republic notes that he expected to start on Sunday against the Rams.
December 23, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald is officially listed as active for the Cardinals' Week 16 tilt with the Falcons. Fitz has been battling a groin injury for the past several weeks. Considering he has scored in each of the last five games he's suited up for (seven touchdowns total in that span), he's a must-start against a Falcons squad that is already looking forward to Christmas dinner next week.
December 16, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald was a game-time call due to his strained left groin Sunday, but he was in the starting lineup. He was held to just two catches for 27 yards but helped his fantasy owners out by scoring a touchdown. Fitz has played through the injury the past couple of weeks, so he should be able to next week, too.
December 15, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald was limited in practice Friday and did not go at full speed. Whether he will play Sunday won't be determined until just before game time, according to the Arizona Republic. Even if he suits up Sunday, he probably won't take on a full workload due to his strained left groin.

Cardinals wideout Larry Fitzgerald was running gingerly during Wednesday’s practice, according to the Arizona Republic. Larry is battling a strained left groin but was able to play last week. Fitzgerald has a few days to get back up to full speed, so we’ll only be concerned about him if he’s struggling to make it through Friday’s practice.
December 11, 2007
Cardinals wideout Larry Fitzgerald was able to play through his groin injury thanks to a girdle that allowed him to push off and make cuts during the game. "I don't know if I could have played without it," Fitzgerald told the Arizona Republic. "I'll probably keep wearing it until I feel a lot better." We’ll spare you the details of Larry’s girdle and how it impacts his groin, but rest assured it appears he’ll be able to play through the injury for the rest of the season.
December 9, 2007
ESPN's John Clayton is saying that Larry Fitzgerald is likely to play today despite a groin injury. Fitzgerald will be at less than 100 percent, but he's a guy that should be started regardless. Anquan Boldin is not expected to play.
December 8, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald ran routes in practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest due to a groin injury. Fitzgerald is more likely to play than fellow receiver Anquan Boldin, but it's still very much up in the air as to whether he'll be able to suit up. A decision on his status won't be made until Sunday morning. Bryant Johnson would receive a big boost in value if both Fitzgerald and Boldin are out.
December 6, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald (groin) was limited for the second straight day of practice Thursday, though he was able to increase his rep count. He remains very questionable for Sunday's game at Seattle.
December 2, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns. Bryant Johnson will presumably start in his place and makes a decent start in larger fantasy leagues.
December 2, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald (groin) remains very questionable for Sunday's game with Cleveland. Bryant Johnson is the fall-back option if Fitzgerald can't go.
December 1, 2007
Larry Fitzgerald has done only a little in practice this week and is listed as questionable due to his sore groin, according to the Arizona Republic. It looks like it could come down to a game-time call on Fitzgerald, who would be replaced by Bryant Johnson if unable to play.
November 20, 2007
Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald is playing through a shoulder injury, head coach Ken Whisenhunt told the Arizona Republic. However, Fitzgerald hasn’t appeared on any of the team’s recent injury reports, so this doesn’t appear to be something his fantasy owners should worry about.
September 17, 2007
Cardinal receiver Larry Fitzgerald suffered a head injury during the second half of Sunday’s game, but was able to return, according to the Seattle Times. The injury doesn’t appear to be serious, but if Fitz’s name pops up on the injury report, you’ll know why.
