Jeremi Johnson missed Bengals practice on Monday as he deals with a sprained left knee, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Our View:Johnson is the lead-blocker for Cedric Benson, one of the NFL's leading rushers this season. If he is out this weekend, it would seem to factor heavily into the Bengals' showdown with the Ravens, as Baltimore has the NFL's fourth ranked run defense.

Jeremi Johnson left today's home game against the Bears with a left knee injury, according to the Bengals' official twitter page.

Our View:The fullback is not expected to return, and the severity of the injury is yet to be determined.

Jeremi Johnson is working out privately with a personal trainer, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Our View:The practice sessions with the Bengals are voluntary, so head coach Marvin Lewis should not mind too much that Johnson is training on his own right now.

Our View:Johnson was a solid starting fullback before missing the 2008 season with a knee injury.

Our View:Johnson missed all of the 2008 campaign with a knee injury, and was waived with an injury settlement in late November. When healthy, Johnson is a solid starting fullback.
