Dallas Clark reeled in 14 balls for 119 yards in the Week 9 victory over Houston.

Our View:The 14 receptions represent a career-high total, and he has posted seven or more catches in six of eight games this season. It goes without saying that the seven-year veteran should be in your lineup every week regardless of the matchup.
September 27, 2009
Dallas Clark couldn't match his Monday night performance (Week 2), but he finished with seven catches, 62 yards, and a score in the Week 3 win over the Cardinals.

Our View:Clark is off to an excellent start and making a case to be called the top tight end in fantasy football. If Dallas can stay healthy (always a worry), he could surpass the big numbers he posted in 2008.
September 21, 2009
Dallas Clark had a big night in Monday's 27-23 win at Miami, as he hauled in seven receptions for 183 yards and a touchdown. His touchdown covered 80 yards on a strike from Peyton Manning.

Our View:The elite tight end stepped up while compensating for the loss of Anthony Gonzalez as the No. 2 receiver. Tonight's touchdown was the 32nd of his career.

The Indianapolis Star reports that with wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez out several weeks with injury, Dallas Clark will play an ever larger role in the Colts' passing attack.

Our View:With Reggie Wayne catching ten balls on Sunday, he can't be thrown to any more than he already is. Clark could be used out of the slot as a "hybrid receiver," and will certainly average more receptions than the four he had on Sunday. In 2008, he was one of the premier fantasy tight ends in the game, reeling in 77 balls for 848 yards and six touchdowns, and this only makes him more valuable.

Dallas Clark looked good in Saturday's 18-17 preseason loss to the Lions, as he hauled in six receptions for 63 yards and a touchdown.

Our View:Clark looks to be fine regarding his recovery from a concussion, and is once again worth drafting as a No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues. He was targeted 202 times over the last two seasons, and caught 135 passes over the span.
