May 14, 2008 Willis McGahee and Cam Cameron came awfully close to making out on Wednesday. The new Ravens offensive coordinator is aiming to place even more of the load on his running back's shoulders in 2008. "I'm looking forward to that challenge," McGahee tells NFL.com. "Actually, this is a year I'm really excited about. Out of all my years playing football, I'm (most) excited about this year." Cameron adds, "I'm excited about him, I can tell you that... I think he's just scratching the surface of what he can be, based on what I've seen." Our View:Sounds like there's a lot of excited excitement going on in Baltimore. Cameron helped guide LaDainian Tomlinson while in San Diego and orchestrated Ronnie Brown's half-year breakout in 2007. Can he do the same with McGahee? Fantasy owners should enjoy the idea. |

March 20, 2008 The Baltimore Ravens exercised a 2009 option bonus one-year early on Pro Bowl running back Willis McGahee, according to the Carroll County Times. The organization is obviously satisfied with the performance and work ethic of McGahee, who has rushed for over 1000-yards in three of the past four seasons. |
