Bengals wideout T.J. Houshmandzadeh (back) was able to suit up for practice Friday morning, but the team’s website reports that he is still unsure if he will be able to play Sunday against the Titans.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh was unable to complete Sunday's game. He left late in the fourth quarter with a hip injury and did not return, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. There were no further details on his condition immediately after the game. If Houshmandzadeh were to miss Week 12, Chris Henry would make for a quality fantasy option.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh was Cincinnati's featured wideout Monday night, catching 10 passes for 100 yards and a touchdown, compared to 11 receptions for the rest of the roster combined. Houshmandzadeh appeared to be gimpy at the tail end of the game, but the club didn't immediately address it so this likely isn't anything to be concerned about.

Bengals wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh missed the first day of voluntary workouts, though coach Marvin Lewis was aware he’d be absent. “That’s his business,” Lewis told the team’s official web site. “I’m not worried about their reasons. We’ll have somebody else in those spots. I expect them to be here at some point.” Teammate Chad Johnson said that Housh was “taking care of things at home,” adding that T.J. would be in attendance for the Bengals’ mandatory minicamp starting June 1. Antonio Chatman ran with the first team in Housh’s place.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh played the last month of 2006 with four cracked bones in his back, according to Bengals.com. Houshmandzadeh says the back will heal on its own and that he’ll be as good as new when the seasons starts. "No one knew it but the coaches," Houshmandzadeh said of the final month. "They know I’ve got the highest pain tolerance on the team."
