October 10, 2008 Results on tests of Rams wideout Dane Looker's brain have not yielded results that will tell him if he has an aneurysm or not, according to the Our View:Looker had a CAT scan after suffering a concussion when doctors noticed something that was out of the ordinary. Obviously, he will not play on Sunday, and is contemplating what action to take next. |

October 8, 2008 Dane Looker is undergoing tests after doctors discovered a spot on his brain, according to the Our View:There is belief that he may have suffered a brain aneurism rather than a concussion back in Week 4. The 32-year-old receiver would potentially hang up his cleats if that proves to be the case. |

October 7, 2008 Dane Looker hasn't yet been cleared to play in Week 6 after he suffered a concussion in Week 4, according to the Our View:With Looker not yet ready for game action, the Rams re-signed Eddie Kennison. It is still possible that Looker could be ready for Week 6 but the team might not know until late in the week. |

October 1, 2008 It had been a very nerve racking day for Dane Looker who was waiting for the results of a CAT scan. Looker sustained a concussion in the Rams loss to the Bills on Sunday and an MRI showed some unusual signs to doctors. The doctors told Looker that there might be some blockage in his carotid artery. The goods news is the CAT scan showed no problems, according to the Our View:The concussion was the first one he has suffered since being in the NFL. Looker will sit out Rams practice until the middle of next week and hopes to be back on the field soon. |
