Sammy Morris will start Monday's game, even though Ronnie Brown is returning to action, according to the Miami Herald. It's not clear how they will split the workload, though. "There's been no decision made yet about how we'll use (Brown)," coach Nick Saban said. "We're still viewing Sammy as the guy who will be out there starting, and decide how much we use Ronnie relative to how he finishes the week."

Sammy Morris had a big day Sunday in his second start filling in for the injured Ronnie Brown, running for 123 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. He also caught two balls for 39 yards.

Ronnie Brown is not expected to return in Week 14, meaning Sammy Morris will get another start, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Morris picked up 47 yards on 12 carries against Jacksonville last week.

Although the team hasn't made an announcement, Sammy Morris will probably be the starting tailback while Robbie Brown comes back from hand surgery. Morris had 12 carries for 91 yards at Detroit Thursday, carrying most of the load after Brown got hurt. The Dolphins host Jacksonville a week from Sunday.

Sammy Morris had 12 carries for 91 yards Thursday, taking over as the main back after Ronnie Brown left with a hand injury. Morris could be looking at extended work going forward, as the Palm Beach Post is reporting that Brown has a broken hand and will need surgery.

As expected, the Dolphins activated Sammy Morris on Saturday, according to the Sun-Sentinel. He'll serve as a backup to Ronnie Brown at running back and take part on special teams. He was suspended the first four games for violating the NFL's steroid and related substances policy.

The NFL will suspend Sammy Morris for the first four regular season games for violating the league's steroids policy, according to the Sun-Sentinel. He apparently tested positive for ephedrine, a banned substance, on Oct. 17 last year. Travis Minor and Kay-Jay Harris will back up starting running back Ronnie Brown in the interim.
