October 14, 2009 Falcons' kicker Jason Elam practiced fully on Wednesday, according to the Our View:Elam's hamstring is doing much better, and there is no reason to think he won't be fine this week. Unless something happens as the rest of the week progresses, expect him to be fine. |

May 8, 2009 Jason Elam was held out of practice Friday at minicamp, according to the Our View:Head coach Mike Smith did not feel that Elam was 100 percent healthy, and pointed to his age (39). Smith intends to limit some of the other older players as well. |
