From here on out, NFL referees will have to take a member of his crew with him to the sidelines where the replay booth is, according to the New York Post. However, the second official will not be allowed to view the replay. His purpose is to write down the referee's ruling and where the ball should be spotted in an NFL-provided notebook.

Our View:This tweaking was put into effect because of the touchdown that was taken away from the Steelers at the end of their game last week. The purpose of this is to simply have everything written down. In the past, officials could have told a referee if they noticed he made a mistake, so we're not exactly certain how this will change anything except to take more time as the referee explains the ruling to the official so he can write it down.

Peyton Manning's 30 completions against the Texans on Sunday left him with 3,702 for his career, moving him past Fran Tarkenton into seventh place in NFL history, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Our View:Manning has been hot of late, with nine scores in the last month. He now has 17 touchdowns on the year, and is rounding back into form for fantasy owners.
